How to Play CD on iPhone, iPhone 11/X/iPad iOS 13?

Though there are lots of music apps in the Apple App Store that provides even all kinds of music, songs, eductation, etc., there are still cases that we need to transfer the content of our CD copy to iPhone, iPad. This article introduces free ways to convert CD to transfer and Play CD on iPhone, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone X, iPhone Xr, iPhone Xs, iPad, iPad pro, and any other iOS 13/12/11/10 Apple devices.

Part 1: How to Convert CD to iPhone, iPhone 11/11 Pro/X, iPad Via Windows Media Player on PC

This method works only if you use a Windows PC. If you use a Mac computer, please refer to Method 2

Step 1: Insert the CD into the PC.

Step 2: Start Windows Media Player and make sure you are in Library mode:

Step 3: Set “Rip Settings”

Select the CD from the left and click “Rip settings” on top. Then “Choose More options” and set the format to MP3.

Click on the “Change” button if you want to change the location of the fold where you want to store the ripped CD.

Click “OK” to save the ripping settings.

Note: Windows Media Player only allows to rip CD to MP3 128kbps, click here if you want to rip CD to 320kbps MP3 (higher quality).

Step 4: Start Ripping CD to iPhone/iPad MP3

Click on the “Rip CD” button to start ripping CD to iPhone/iPad MP3.

The you can transfer the converted CD to iPhone, iPhone 11/11 Pro/X, iPad Pro, iPad to play or edit.

Part 2: How to Convert CD to iPhone, iPhone 11/11 Pro/X, iPad Via iTunes on PC or on Mac

Step 1: Insert the CD in the CD-ROM of your computer and then open iTunes.

Step 2: Select the “CD icon”.

Step 3: Click on “YES” on the pop-up windows to start importing the music from the CD.

Step 3: After iTunes finishing copying the songs from your CD, check the items you wish to import to iTunes, then select “Import CD”.

Step 4: Set the import settings to “MP3” and click “OK”. Select “OK” to save your settings.

Note: iTunes only allows to rip CD to MP3 128kbps, click here if you want to rip CD to 320kbps MP3 (higher quality).
