iOS 8 is the eighth major release of the iOS mobile operating system designed by Apple Inc. as the successor to iOS 7. iOS 8 can run in many Apple devices including iPhone 6, iPhone 6 plus, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPod touch 5, iPad 4, iPad air, iPad mini, iPad 3 and iPad 2. Unfortunately, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 1, and iPod touch 4 are not compatible with iOS 8 due to hardware issues and will have to still run with iOS 7 or iOS 6. iOS 8 made significant advances and more considerable with the release of HealthKit. And there are more great new features in specific apps.

Upgrading to iOS 8, iOS 7 or downgrading iOS 8 to iOS 7 or iOS 6 may brings lost data issue in several different situations. Some people may only have photos lost, some unlucky users lost all there data such as the pictures, photos, contacts, movies, videos, music, apps, ringtones, documents, SMS messages,calendar, notes, call history, etc.
