      1. Is your iPad a new iPad?

      3. What version is your iOS system? iOS 7 or iOS 6?
      4. Do you update your iOS system recently?
      5. Is it that all of your MP4 files cannot be playbed on your iPad or that only one or several files cannot be playbed on your iPad?
